If you’ve been reading this blog for a while then you’ll know that I love fresh cranberries and get very excited when I see them start to appear in the shops again each year. I’ve baked quite a few different things using fresh cranberries and have also used them in a savoury crumble with some of my Christmas leftovers. As I’m sure there are more people than just me who love cooking and baking with fresh cranberries I’ve decided to host a recipe link up to run from now until the end of the year for people to share their fresh cranberry recipes and hopefully to inspire you if the only thing you’ve made with them before is cranberry sauce. They are a versatile berry in both sweet and savoury dishes and once again I shall be stocking my freezer with them so I will have a supply during 2014. Last year I bought 1.1kg in total and will probably do the same again this year, maybe I’m a tad obsessed but surely there’s worse things to be obsessed about?
